I am a registered Naturopath and Nutritionist with clinical space in Mount Eliza and Balnarring Beach on the Mornington Peninsula.
In 2009 I left my career as a psychologist to pursue my passion for Health.
Now as a Naturopath and Nutritionist I am able to address all aspects of my patients health and help them achieve true wellness.
Naturopathy is not about just treating symptoms, it aims to understand and treat the cause of illness, providing real health outcomes.
I take a functional approach to health with thorough case taking and appropriate modern diagnostic testing.
I incorporate the best in natural-traditional and scientific-evidence based healthcare, actively pursuing the latest research findings.
Believing that the best health outcomes are derived from a collaboration between the patient and practitioner, I take the time to understand the cause of your ill-health and formulate an individualised treatment plan with ongoing guidance, inspiration and support.
My treatment protocols include strain specific probiotic therapy, nutritional supplementation
and advice, herbal medicine and lifestyle recommendations.
I have expertise in all areas of health with a special interests in
Gastrointestinal/gut health, Womens health and hormones, Stress management and weight loss.

Jane grew up on a farm on the beautiful Australian Coastline where the majority of her family’s food was grown organically. Her parents’ commitment to nutrition and a natural lifestyle instilled a deep understanding of healthy living in Jane.
Her childhood was the foundation for her lifelong passion for health, family and helping others.
Jane holds formal qualifications in Naturopathy, Western Herbal Medicine and Nutrition; with a specialisation in Gastrointestinal Health, Womens Health and Hormones, and Mental Health. She is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.
She lives on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, in Australia, with her husband and two boys enjoying the ocean, love and wellness.
