This is my favourite breakfast smoothie. Its full of good fats, nutrients and antioxidants and the great thing is that you are having 2 serves of veggies and 2 of fruit and its only breakfast time! Its a great start to the day!
- 2 cups coconut water (unsweetened)
- 1 cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- A big handful of baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tbsp cacao
