
Its cold and flu season here in Melbourne and if the dreaded lurgy has found you this will knock it for six. This is my go to when friends and family call crying "help me". I've made this in Fiji, Sri Lanka and loads of times in my own kitchen. Take a teaspoon every hour until symptoms subside or the mixture is finished.
Ingredients
1 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 whole bulb of garlic, peeled and chopped
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1tbsp honey
Method
Pour the Apple Cider Vinegar into a saucepan and gently warm on the stove. Add the fenugreek seeds and warm for another couple of minutes. Add the garlic and take the mixture off the stove. Stir in the honey and pour the mixture into a jar. Seal and keep refrigerated. it will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
